First Kids partners with parents to help children experience God, grow in the Christian faith, and share God’s love with the world. We strive to meet children where they are at every stage of development. It is our prayer that each child here at First Methodist:
- Loves God and is empowered to share the love of Christ with others;
- Grows in their understanding of the Christian faith and Scripture;
- Serves as the hands and feet of Christ in the church, in their home, and in the world.

Sunday Morning Programming
West Campus
Nursery Sunday Morning Programming
Nursery care and Sunday School are available for infants – Kindergarten in the First Kids area of the Wesley Education Building during all services (Rooms 111, 114, 115).
First Kids Sunday Morning Programming
1st – 6th Graders are invited to join us for Sunday School at 10 AM and Kids Church at 11 AM in room 140/141 of the Wesley Education Building.
Downtown Campus
Nursery Sunday Morning Programming
Infants through Kindergarten are invited to join us in the Nursery (Main Street Indoor Park) from 10:00 a.m. – noon.
First Kids Sunday Morning Programming
1st – 6th Graders are invited to join us on the 2nd floor from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. for Sunday School and Kids Church.
