What does seeking God’s Kingdom first look like in our everyday lives? While the details don’t look the same for everyone, the principles are. Loving God and communing with Him, loving our neighbors and our enemies with kind words, actions, and generosity, and seeking justice for those who don’t have the power to do obtain it alone.
Prayer:
Lord God, we know we don’t always seek Your Kingdom first. Please forgive us. We want all the activities of our life to be second to the pursuit of Your Kingdom. I am going to listen now as You reveal what seeking Your Kingdom and righteousness looks like in my daily rhythms.
