SENIOR ADULT ACTIVITIES
EXERCISE
It is never too late to get fit. Join us for this stretching and flexibility class as we condition the major muscle groups. For additional information contact Tom Gaden at 713-458-4705.

LUNCHEONS
After Tuesday exercise class stay and enjoy lunch with your friends. The menu will rotate each week. We will order in, take-out, brown bag it, enjoy a covered dish luncheon or visit a local eating establishment. Guest speakers and devotions will be planned each month. THE GATHERING PLACE
This is a special ministry for families living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. On the 2nd Thursday of every month, we meet for fun (games, entertainment, songs), fellowship (memory sharing, devotionals), food, and exercise in the Youth Building at our Westchase Campus. All activities are geared toward the special needs of individuals with Alzheimer’s. If you'd like to bring your loved one to participate in the fun (or if you'd like to volunteer), please contact Sherry Fox at: sfox@westchasedistrict.com or 713-398-3731.
