It’s True... Everybody Ought To Know!

Dear First Methodist Westchase Family,

Every year people go to the doctor every year for a physical. The doctor checks a number of vital signs including pulse, temperature and blood pressure. Those vital signs are an indicator of your physical health. This card in your hand is like that. It’s a “vital sign” of your spiritual health. It is by no means the only sign or the most important one, but our willingness to free up the resources the Lord gives us is an indicator of our spiritual growth and maturity.

I hope you’ll prayerfully consider your part in our church’s mission and give a percentage of what God has given you to ensure more children, youth and adults around Houston and around the world come to know Jesus Christ. If you truly believe, like I do, that everybody ought to know, join with the rest of your church family in fueling our ability to reach them.
