Our docent will share with us the interesting places and things to see in Texas City – Texas City Museum, Heritage Park, Charles Doyle Convention Center, Memorial Park, Archimedes Screw Pumps which keeps Texas City from flooding, Bay Street Park, “The Dike,” Port of Texas City, Heritage Square and a large number of bronze statues throughout the city depicting the citizens of the town. .

Date:  Wednesday, February 29
Time:  Leave Downtown Lobby 8:15am and return by 3:30pm
Cost:  $15 which includes docent and transportation
Lunch:  The Reef Restaurant at your own expense
