Our second Marriage Ministry Workshop for 2010 will be held on Saturday, April 24, at the Westchase Campus, 10570 Westpark Dr. @ Sam Houston Tollway.

The workshops cover the many aspects of a healthy foundation for marriage. The curriculum that is offered is called "Prepare to Last" and topics include Marriage Expectations, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Financial Management, Sex & Intimacy, Secret of Our Success and Goals and Dreams. The workshop begins at 9 a.m. and goes until 6 p.m. with an hour for lunch. Along with this new curriculum you will take an inventory as well, which will be completed and scored before you attend. It is a great tool for couples to see where they are strong and to identify areas they want to work on to strengthen their marriages.

For couples getting married at either the Downtown or Westchase Campus, the cost of the workshop is included in the cost of the wedding. Others may take the class for a cost of $100.00 per couple. This includes all the materials, breakfast, lunch, and snack.
