The First Edition is the biweekly newspaper publication of First Methodist Houston.  It keeps readers up-to-date on activities of First Methodist Houston. Articles are submitted 14 days in advance of the next paper by ministers, directors, and members of First Methodist Houston.

Each paper contains an article written by the pastor, articles on up-coming events, pictures of completed events, and general information of interest to our readers.

BOOK STORES

The First Methodist Houston book stores are called Hidden Treasures Books and Gifts and are located at each campus. In addition to a wide array of books to choose from, you can discover wonderful ideas for gifts. These include some of the finest Christian jewelry, greeting cards, as well as selections of plants, planters and statues from the Brookwood Community in Brookshire, TX.

At our Downtown Campus, the store is located on the first floor, just off of the Lobby. We are open Monday thru Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. On Sundays, we are open from 8:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

At our Westchase Campus, the store is located off the Atrium. We are open on Sundays - 15 minutes before each service and 15 minutes after each service.  

FIRST CHOICE RADIO

If you have not had a chance to attend or view the live television broadcast of our 11 a.m. service at our Downtown Campus, you can hear an editied version on KHCB (105.7 FM) at 8 p.m. the same evening.  The program is called First Methodist Today.
